Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using INFISOFT software and digital licenses.

Notice: By accessing, downloading, or purchasing any digital software, licenses, or automated tools from INFISOFT, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Company & Business Scope

INFISOFT is a registered business enterprise (Trade License No: 1625) operating in the sector of IT and software solutions, cloud automation, and digital commerce. Registered Address: Ward #2, Noluakuri, Paragaon, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh.

INFISOFT specializes in video workflow automation software, content generation tools, browser extensions, and digital creator utilities.

2. Digital License & Permitted Usage

Upon receipt of payment, INFISOFT grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable digital license to install and run the specified software product in accordance with the purchased tier (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime):

  • Single User License: Unless explicitly purchased under a multi-seat agency plan, software licenses are assigned per user/device.
  • Stock & Inventory: Digital software licenses have unlimited digital fulfillment capacity as licenses are programmatically generated and provisioned to unlimited users.
  • System Compatibility: The software is optimized to run smoothly on standard consumer hardware. A Core i3 laptop or AMD Ryzen 3 desktop/laptop with 4 GB RAM is enough for this automation tool.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, crack, resell, or sub-license the software files without prior written consent from INFISOFT.

3. Delivery Timeline & Fulfillment Policy

In accordance with the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines of Bangladesh:

  • All products sold on this website are 100% digital goods (software installers, activation keys, and documentation).
  • Digital Product Delivery Time: Delivery occurs electronically via email and registered messaging (WhatsApp) within 30 minutes to 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • If you experience any delay beyond 24 hours, our technical support desk is available at support@infisoft.pro or +880 1705-010632 to assist with instant re-dispatch.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payments

Prices for software packages are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for domestic customers and United States Dollars (USD) for international clients. Payment processing is facilitated via authorized and compliant channels:

  • Domestic Debit/Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) via authorized PSO payment gateways.
  • Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
  • International Cards / Payoneer.
  • All transactions are protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. INFISOFT does not store sensitive cardholder details or CVV numbers on its web servers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Strict 24-Hour Window)

⚠️ STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY AFTER 24 HOURS:

Refund requests must be formally submitted strictly within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative & gateway fee deduction (customer receives 90%). After the 24-hour period has elapsed, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED under any circumstances and all digital license sales are 100% final.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software binaries, UI designs, trademarks, brand assets, logos, and documentation related to INFISOFT tools are the proprietary intellectual property of INFISOFT. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited under the Bangladesh Copyright Act 2000 and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act 2006.

7. Limitation of Liability

INFISOFT tools are provided "as is" and "as available". While we maintain continuous uptime and regular updates to preserve compatibility with third-party APIs and platforms, INFISOFT shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform policy modifications or misuse of the tools.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
